We are currently searching for an organized and proactive individual to help support marketing and sales initiatives. The Marketing & Sales Associate will contribute as part of a talented team by utilizing Salesforce and Pardot to assist with sales lead management, e-mail campaigns, programs, distributor and customer support. This position has ample opportunity for learning and growth. The Marketing & Sales Associate will also collaborate with other team members to push consistency of messaging across all our platforms. This is a full-time position working in Woburn, MA at our corporate office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in building a robust pipeline via lead generation using Salesforce tools for email, tracking and accurate reporting
  • Coordinate Salesforce vendors for consistent support, campaign implementation, and necessary training
  • Manage complete email nurture & drip campaigns; write, design, execute, and report metrics
  • Manage creation and maintenance of new and existing Pardot landing pages, forms and related Salesforce campaign lists
  • Write/edit and schedule social posts; track weekly/monthly analytics
  • Support social media monitoring; assist with content calendar development
  • Support management and implementation of learning webinars and national sales programs
  • Maintain organization of shared drive and digital assets management; Ability create and use naming converntaions for digital assets
  • Editing, proofreading and helping Marcom Director by knowing and upholding brand standards on products, collateral and digital assets
  • Schedule/coordinate team meetings
  • Manage meeting notes & next steps to team
  • Manage sales team follow through related to emails and marketing qualified leads
  • Edit PowerPoint slides for content, brand and design standards

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to proofread email and marketing content for brand standards and overall accuracy.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role and reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications.
  • Bachelors Degree in marketing , advertising, or communciations.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office Suite particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Salesforce and ability to create email journeys and reporting
  • Familiarity posting to social media platforms: Meta, YouTube, Twiter & LinkedIn; Knowledge of social media management tools: Hootsuite; content calendars, approval processes a plus.
  • Basic image resizing and video editing and/or knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
